Our Clean-Up, Spring, & Fall Specials:
Our specials run the three weekends before Memorial Day Weekend (Clean-up) or the three weekends after Memorial Day Weekend (Spring). The three weekends following Labor Day Weekend would be the Fall Special.
The cost of the Spring and Fall Specials respectively are $210.00 for a standard site (plus tax). Pull Through or Full-Hookup Sewer at $220.00 (plus tax). Waterfront for $230.00 (plus tax).
The Clean-Up special is 2/3's the price since you get a weekend free in exchange for raking and helping us pick-up the campground!
Come in on Friday and check-out on Sunday and you can leave your camper here all week (we just have you unplug). You would be welcome stay more nights at a cost of $30.00 per night!

Ahoy!!! Come check out our Pirate Ship Playground! We have new Corn Hole boards for the 2026 season! We have a new logo, featured on our new Corn Hole Boards. There has been some upgraded campsite maintenance on certain campsites! We hope to get this logo on new merch. A surprise is coming for this Spring 2026!
We now have Wifi. We've also made other upgrades to our power, bathrooms, office/store, and mini golf course.

For Week-Long Stays:
We will now require a $100.00 deposit for week-long stays.
$50.00 of the $100.00 deposit will be considered a processing fee and is non-refundable.
$50.00 refund available if cancellation is made prior to two weeks before your arrival date and there is no refund allotted if cancellation is made within two weeks of your stay.
If you have a full Saturday – Saturday week reserved and decide to shorten your week, you are still obliged to pay for the full week.
For some stays shorter than Week-Long Stays:
We require a $50.00 deposit.
$25.00 of the $50.00 deposit will be considered a processing fee and is non-refundable.
$25.00 refund available if cancellation is made prior to two weeks before your arrival date and there is no refund allotted if cancellation is made within two weeks of your stay.
There is no refund for Memorial/Labor Day Weekend, the week of the 4th of July, or our Clean-Up, Spring, or Fall Specials.
All Deposits for our Cabin, Jayco, and Sportrek Rental Units are non-refundable.

We do consider ourselves dog friendly!
However, we do have some important rules to follow with dogs (and other pets!)
Dogs and other animals are welcomed if they are leashed, cleaned-up after, and not left unattended. We do ask you to have your rabies certificates on person. Dogs are welcome to go swimming at the boat launch or on campsites: 16A - 22. We do not allow dogs to go swimming at the beach or on campsites: K - O.

Directly on Route 26 just 6 miles south of Route 2, (Bethel, ME) between the villages of Locke Mills and Bryant Pond. From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) take exit 63 at Gray and follow Route 26 North to the Littlefield Beaches.
